Terms and conditions

All products are priced and processed in Euros (€). The prices listed are exclusive of VAT, delivery/freight, and installation fees. Quotations provided by House of Massive are valid for 7 days and are exempt from errors or commissions. All products are made-to-order and priced ex-factory.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to review and ensure all product specifications, terms, and conditions are correct before confirming the order. House of Massive will proceed with your order as per the confirmation, unless we receive written notification of any requested changes within 48 hours.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the order process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the item(s) and prior to delivery. For online purchases, full payment is required at the time of order. Goods remain the property of House of Massive until full payment has been received.
For orders under €4,000, full payment is required upfront.

Any changes to a confirmed order must be submitted in writing. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that alterations can be made once the order is confirmed. Changes to orders may incur additional fees. Canceled orders will result in the forfeiture of any deposits made.

Lead times vary based on the item ordered and the quantity specified. The standard lead time for all made-to-order items is 10-12 weeks. We will notify you of the estimated lead time upon placing your order. While we strive to meet these timeframes, any delays do not constitute a breach of contract, and House of Massive is not liable for any resulting damages.

Upon completion of your order and receipt of the balance, a member of the House of Massive team will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery fees are calculated based on the item(s), quantity, and delivery location. The fee covers a single delivery to ground level during normal weekday delivery hours.
For any special delivery requirements, such as stairs, restricted access, or elevators, please notify us prior to dispatch. Additional costs may apply for special delivery needs.
If you are unable to receive the delivery within 14 days of our first communication regarding completion, the outstanding balance must be paid, and a storage fee may apply.

Upon receipt, all items must be inspected thoroughly. Any damage or defect found upon delivery must be reported to House of Massive within 24 hours. Failure to report damage within this period will void the claim. Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, improper use, or failure to adhere to care instructions will not be eligible for claims.

Due to the custom-made nature of all our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for further assistance. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

We ask that you inspect all items upon arrival. If any goods are damaged, please document the damage with detailed photographs of both the item and the packaging, before and after unpacking. This must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. We do not accept cancellations on rush orders once they have been placed.

Given the nature of our custom-made items and the materials used, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to provide care instructions to ensure your piece remains in excellent condition throughout its lifespan.
